The most authentic German beer festival in the Philippines will again be experienced at Sofitel Philippine Plaza’s Manila Harbor Garden Tent between October 17 and 18.

Guaranteed to make guests sing and dance all night long is the world famous and original Hofbrahaus Band and show from Munich, founded by the Duke of Bavaria in 1589. An internationally acclaimed yodeler, Lissie, will also be performing.

The authentic experience comes complete with musicians playing on cow-bells, the traditional folk dance of Bavarian Schuhplattler, the unique sounds of the gigantic Alps Horn and Goabischnaizer-men cracking their whips in tune to Bavarian Music.

The genuine replication is due to the continued partnership of Sofitel with the German Club Manila.

Sofitel Philippne Plaza master chefs will be preparing an exciting array of Bavarian Oktoberfest cuisine of fresh roasted pork knuckles, laugen rolls, grilled German sausages and pastries paired with free flowing ice cold San Miguel beer.
